Y-HG1型(xing)(xing)冶金設(she)(she)備(bei)標準液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸(gang),為(wei)雙作(zuo)用單活塞(sai)桿液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸(gang),缸(gang)徑從(cong)40~320mm共有(you)17種規格(ge),額(e)定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為(wei)16MPa,可以帶緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)置。該系列(lie)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸(gang)有(you)13種安裝(zhuang)連接型(xing)(xing)式,除軸向腳(jiao)架式外,安裝(zhuang)連裝(zhuang)尺寸均符(fu)合ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規定(ding)。活塞(sai)桿端螺紋亦符(fu)合GB2350-80的(de)規定(ding)。適用于工作(zuo)溫度為(wei)-30C~+80C,工作(zuo)介(jie)質為(wei)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油(you),乳化(hua)液(ye)的(de)冶金設(she)(she)備(bei)(不適用于磷(lin)酸脂)。





擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓缸(gang)是(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)扭矩并(bing)實現(xian)往復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行(xing)元件(jian),有(you)單葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)、雙葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾種形(xing)式(shi)。葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定子塊固(gu)定在缸(gang)體上(shang),而(er)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)和轉子連(lian)接(jie)在一起(qi)。根(gen)據進(jin)油方(fang)向(xiang),葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復(fu)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)兩(liang)種,現(xian)在雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠(kao)兩(liang)個(ge)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)副降液壓缸(gang)內活塞(sai)的(de)直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變(bian)為直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)自轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現(xian)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
采用滾壓加工,由于表面(mian)層留有(you)表面(mian)殘余壓應力(li),有(you)助于表面(mian)微小裂紋的(de)封閉,阻(zu)礙侵蝕(shi)作(zuo)用的(de)擴展。從而(er)提(ti)高(gao)表面(mian)抗腐蝕(shi)能(neng)力(li),并(bing)能(neng)延(yan)緩疲勞(lao)裂紋的(de)產(chan)生或擴大(da),因而(er)提(ti)高(gao)缸(gang)筒(tong)疲勞(lao)強(qiang)度(du)。通過(guo)滾壓成型,滾壓表面(mian)形(xing)成一(yi)層冷作(zuo)硬化層,減(jian)少了(le)磨削副(fu)接觸表面(mian)的(de)彈(dan)性和塑(su)性變形(xing),從而(er)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)缸(gang)筒(tong)內壁的(de)耐磨性,同(tong)時避免了(le)因磨削引起(qi)的(de)shao傷。滾壓后,表面(mian)粗糙度(du)值的(de)減(jian)小,可提(ti)高(gao)配合性質。
